New, high-yielding, medium-late maturing beetroot of the Boro H segment from the Dutch firm Bejo Zaden, which produces firm, lush foliage. The duration of vegetation is about 110 days. The variety is resistant to scab formation, fungal diseases, especially leaf brown spot (cercosporosis), and tolerant to drought. The roots are rounded, beautiful, dark red in colour, not prone to the formation of hardened bundle flowers. The flesh is deep red, purple, juicy, with a bright and intense colour. Suitable for fresh consumption, canning and long storage.
